The terms and conditions set out below apply to the use of this website and any catalogues, leaflets, posters, e-mails and promotional brochures distributed by or on behalf of Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd.
By placing an order with Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd. and by accessing this website you are deemed to have read and are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions set out below.
1.    Placing an order with Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd. – in placing an order you are creating a contract:
a.    You select your products from Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd and place an order for those products by either telephone (via a member of Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd staff), or by clicking on the confirm order button at the dreamadventurebedrooms.co.uk ‘check-out’ page.
b.    If you place an order via the website as outlined at (a.) above Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd will acknowledge the order request and confirm to you the content (products selected) of your order by e-mail, to the e-mail address you specify during the order process. This e-mail neither constitutes acceptance nor confirmation of your order.
c.    Both acceptance and completion of the contract between you and Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd will take place upon dispatching of the products ordered from Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd.
d.    Should your payment not be authorised, or an error has occurred during the pricing of, or description of a Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd product, then Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd may not accept your order.
e.    In placing an order with Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd. you warrant that the information personal to you is accurate and true and that you have agreed not to utilise details you are not authorised not to use.  You also have agreed not to impersonate any third party. You will notify Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd. of any change to your personal details/information by contacting Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd via the information available on the ‘Contact us’ page of this website.

2.    Cancelling an order placed with Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd. – Consumers are entitled to cancel an order up until the point of dispatch from Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd. To do so you must contact Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd via the information available on the ‘Contact us’ page of this website. Due to the personalised construction and finish of Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd products, which are bespoke to you, Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd does not recognise cancellations following completion of a contract as defined in item (1.) above.

3.    Payment of an order placed with Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd.
a.    All products provided by Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd are priced in UK pounds/sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT (Variable Added Tax).
b.    Payment for Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd products via dreamadventurebendrooms.co.uk may be made by Visa, Visa electron, Switch, Delta, and MasterCard.
c.    Payment for Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd products via telephone may be made by Visa, Visa electron, Switch, Delta, and MasterCard.
d.    You shall confirm the payment method used is your payment method, and the details provided are yours.
e.    If the issuer of your payment method refuses, for their reasons, your payment to Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd. then Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd. are not liable for delay or non-delivery of your ordered products.
f.    You must be eligible to purchase goods produced and sold by Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd. in the following way:
i.    You are over 18 years of age.
ii.    You have provided correct details: Name, age, e-mail address, contact number, payment details, and any other information you supply to Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd.
iii.    You possess a valid payment method acceptable to Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd.
iv.    You provide a valid delivery address. Note: PO Box numbers, no fixed abode, hotels (and other temporary residential facilities such as accommodation addresses) are not acceptable to Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd.
g.    You through placing an order with Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd. specifically authorise Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd. to transmit your details and receive information and details about you from third parties including (but not limited to) your credit card provider to authenticate your identity and confirm your credit card details, and to authorise purchase transactions.
h.    Delivery charges for Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd products are as detailed on this website. Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd reserves the right to determine where agreed with you alternative charges for delivery of products at any time until a contract is completed, as at item (1.) above.

4.    Refusal of an order or transaction with Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd.
a.    Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd. reserve the right to withdraw or edit any products/goods at any time and will not be liable to you.
b.    Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd. reserve the right to suspend the order process you have initiated prior to a contract being fulfilled as outlined above in item (1.) and will not be liable to you.
c.    Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd. reserve the right to refuse any order initiated by you at any time prior to a contract being fulfilled as outlined above in item (1.) and will not be liable to you.

5.    Risk
a.    As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.

6.    Damaged Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd. products.
a.    Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd. will recognise damaged product/s received by you when you can prove the product/s are damaged immediately upon receipt. Should the products be deemed to be damaged then Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd shall retrieve the damaged goods and take re-ownership, and replace the damaged product/s to the same detail as included in the order by you to Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd. No additional cost will be incurred by you for replacement of damaged goods by Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd.
b.    Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and return the goods with the carrier. By signing for the goods you are stating that you are willing to keep the goods regardless of condition. Failure to return known damaged goods or failure to fully check items prior to accepting them is the responsibility of you.
c.    When you sign for the products/goods you are stating you are happy to accept the products/goods. Therefore no claims for damages can be made.
d.    Should you find items missing upon receipt of your goods then immediately (within 5 days of receipt) contact Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd via the information available on the ‘Contact us’ page of this website.
e.    However please note; the team at Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd. takes great pride in completing to the highest specification the construction of your bespoke fun bedroom furniture. At ALL time’s quality checks of the products being dispatched from our facilities are undertaken. To that end we hope not to inconvenience any of our consumers through the delivery of damaged goods.

7.    Limitation of Liability.
a.    Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd. reserve the right to alter and make changes to these Terms and Conditions without notice and shall not be liable to any other parties for changes made.
b.    Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd reserve the right to withdraw this website and any other promotional material at any time without notice and shall not be liable to any other parties for changes made.
c.    Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd. make no warranties to the accuracy of any information or content of this website and/or promotional material.
d.    Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd. make no warranties this website will meet your requirements and are not liable for information uploaded to or transmitted through this website.
e.    Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd. disclaims any/all warranties in relation to our products/goods (implied or explicit).
f.    Dream Adventure Bedrooms Ltd. makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won't cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it.
